Barbering is a hands-on trade built on precision, technique, and consistency behind the chair. In the barber program at Academies of Cosmetology, training is built around both theory and practical application, helping students develop strong work habits while learning essential barbering techniques.
Throughout the program, you’ll train in haircutting, shaving, and grooming while building the skills needed for entry-level work in the field. With smaller class sizes and instructor support, students have the opportunity to practice consistently and refine their techniques as they progress.
